Established in 1956，the
Institute of Building Mechanization is a specialized research
institution for application of new technologies and development of new
products in the area of construction machinery, elevators and building
mechanization. At present the Institute is also a key scientific and

SC200/200 VF stepless speed-control
construction lift——developed
recently for market needs, SC200/200 multi-function lift are used for
transportation of personnel, material and steel bar as a “three in one”,
which passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Construction, reaching
international advanced level in the this field .These products adopted
PLC control, VVVF stepless speed-controlling with rated lifting speed at
0-60m/min, having been used in construction of power plant chimneys 250m
high in Jixian county (Tianjin) and Sanhe County (Hebei).
