As one of new
technologies of Langfang CABR/M Construction Machinery Technology
Co.,Ltd, the rebars mechanical connection technology has been
researched, developed, produced, marketed, promoted and applied for more
than 10 years. These already developed and applied mechanical connection
technology includes: sleeve compression connection technology, taper
screw thread sleeve connection technology, and rib-cut rolled parallel
screw thread connection technology. Langfang CABR/M Construction
Machinery Technology Co.,Ltd has undertaken nearly 1,000 various
engineering projects in more than 20 provinces, municipalities and
autonomous regions around China.
CABR/M rebars
equal-strength rib-cut rolled parallel screw thread connection
technology is the most up-to-date technology of equal-strength parallel
screw thread connection developed by the architectural mechanization
branch academy of the Chinese Academy of Architectural Science. The
architectural mechanization branch academy takes the lead to put forward
the idea of firstly rib-cutting the rebars, then rolling screw thread,
and finally connecting through sleeve. It also has designed and
developed a forming machine of rebars rib-cut rolled parallel screw
thread to integrate rebars rib-cutting with rebars rolling. This
technology and connection equipment is firstly invented by our company
at home and abroad, and has applied for technological innovation patent.
This technology can
be applied to connect the HRB335 and HRB400 rebars (12-50mm diameter) at
any direction in similar and different diameter. It can be applied to
not only the concrete structure, which requires to fully display rebars’
strength or has a high requirement for joint’s ductility, but also the
concrete structure, which has a high requirement for fatigue property,
such as airport, bridge, tunnel, television tower, nuclear power plant
and water power plant.
This technology has
been applied in several hundred of projects at home and abroad. Its
related products have been marketed in more than 20 provinces and
municipalities, and have been exported to USA. Taiwan, Vietnam,
South Korea and Saudi Arabia. At present, this technology has been
applied in many relatively influential large-scale key projects,
including several hundred of large-scale projects, such as Harbin
Stadium Exhibition Center (190,000 square meters), National Grand
Theater (Beijing), Zhongguanchun Science Technology Plaza (230,000
square meters), Beijing Guangcai International Plaza (250,000 square
meters), Beijing Capital Museu, Xi’an Pioneering Park (80,000 square
meters) Beijing SOHU Modern (260,000 square meters), Jianwai SOHU
(300,000 square meters), Olympics National Sports Center, Olympics
National Swimming Center, Capital Airport expansion, Lianyungang nuclear
power plant, and Shuibuya water power plant.
This technology possesses the following

specified in General Technical Specifications for Splicing of Rebars (an
industry standard, JGJ107---2003), and has the equal-strength to that of
rebars;

The Reinforcing Bar
Thread Roller is the special equipment used to make thread on the bars
in the Technology Of Full Performance Thread Splicing of Bars. The basic
principle of the equipment is that, the knob-cut mechanism cuts the
parallel and vertical knobs on the length upon which will be made thread
later, and then make thread with rolling head. The Roller gathers knob
cutting and thread making together, and the thread making on bars can be
done in one chuck.
1 Features Of The Roller:
1.1 The speed of making thread is
great. Knob cutting and thread making can be done in one chuck.
1.2 High automation and simple
operation.
1.3 The thread is made after knobs
being cut off, therefore, good thread teeth, high precision and uniform
diameter can be obtained.
1.4 The life of the rolling wheel is
long and the additional cost of the joints is low.
1.5 The verity of the rolling heads is
less, and verity of bar’s diameters which can be processed through those
heads is large. The sizes of bars processed range from 16 to 40 mm.
1.6 Easy adjustment.
1.7 Special auxiliary equipment such as
upset one, etc., is not necessary in thread rolling.
