QTZ31.5 Tower Crane obtained the 3^rd scientific/technical progress award 2000 of Ministry of Construction.

QBT80/45 lifting/material distributing dual purpose tower crane obtained HUAXIA Construction Scientific/technical Award2003. It is also a national “Ninth Five” key scientific/technical item which passes the verification of the Ministry of Construction and the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology for key items. It reaches international advanced technique level and its single technical target reaches international leading level. It has functions of lifting and concrete distributing through tube in one. Its function exchanges quickly and conveniently. It adopts PLC control. The movement of lifting, varying range and rotating of mechanisms are all VVVF speed governed. It is also the first to adopt rope overhang limit device and lifting step lock device in the country which have gained several national patents. This crane has been used in ‘Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, and Tianjin successfully.

Scientific and Technical Development and Promoting Center of Ministry of Construction held evaluating meeting in Hangzhou in ministry level for QBT80/45 lifting/material distrbuting dual purpose tower crane new product.

QBT80/45 lifting/material distrbuting dual purpose tower crane new product’s evaluating meeting in ministry level was held by Scientific and Technical Development and Promoting Center of Ministry of Construction in Hangzhou, Many experts from everywhere in the country have high comments for this new product. This technik comes from state’s “Nineth Five” key Science and Technical items, is a result of corporation between Hangzhou Wanjie and Institute of Building Mechanization of China Academy of Building Research. Evaluated by expert’s commiltee, this new product’s single technik of material distributing range reaches international leading level; whobl machine’s technik reaches acvanced level. Its independent height is 45m, maximum attached height is 180m, maximum lifting range is 56m, maximum material distributing range is 45m, it is the lifting and material distrbuting dual purpose tower crane with maximun distributing radius home and abroad, filling the blank in the area of large lifting and material distributing dual purpose tower crane.

QBT80/45 lifting/material distrbuting dual purpose tower crane new product combined tower crane with concrete transport pump can be used widely in large reinforced concrete building’s construction for vertical transportation of materials and commercial concrete distributing, having advantages of rising equipment’s rate of usage and cutting investment of equipment; rising materials distributing’s efficiency and reducing working strength; reducing the transport times of commercial concrete, reducing waste and pollution and refined construction. This crane adopts more patents owned by Institute of Building Mechanization of China Academy of Building Research, for example, patent of lifting and material distributing dual purpose tower crane whole machine, rope overhang limit device patent, lifting step locking device patent, etc, rising safety during the dismantling period; lifting, vary range and rotation mechanisms adopt VVVF stepless speed governing and PLC contactless program to control, working steady, positionning fast, convenient, high efficiency and its function of preventing from misoperation is complete. It is the first choice of equipment for modern building construction enterprises to shorten constuction period, rise construction quality, reduce working strength and rise company’s image.
