CABR brand window-cleaning machines have five types
products: rail type, suspension type, wheel type, vertical rod type and
sheave type, having been used in up to hundred projects succecefully in
cities, like Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen,
Dalian, etc.
Research and develop experience
*Our Institute is the first to research and develop
gondola and window-cleaning machine, having obtained user’s satifaction
award of State Quality Association; since middle of 80’s we developed
domestic working platform at height based on absorption of foreign
advanced technik;
*Since 1984 we developed ZLD15, ZLD25, ZLD30, ZLD40,
ZLD50, ZLD80, ZLD 100 types working platfrom at height.
Products become series——Bejing CABR Window-cleaning
Machinery Technical Company is responsible for products’ marketing,
sales and service.
Working platform at height ZLD150, 250, 300 are used
for cleaning work, ZLD400, 500, 800, 1000 are used for construction of
outer wall which lifting machine have A type and B type ,having function
of emergency lowering when lossing power, protection of low start
current and heat protection, termination limit, protection for hitting,
overspeed protection, etc. The drive ropes and safety ropes adopt zine
plated one which is for aviation use, safety lock’s tripping is
flexible, and locking force is large, standard platform adopts steel or
alunibiun struture. In 2001 we developed ZLP 800 series platform which
have double safety performance.
Building window-cleaning machine——in the end of 1980s
we developed first machine for cleaning outer wall of Financial Center
of China Prople’s Bank in Beijing. Which filled the domestic blank.
This machine passed verification in ministry level in
1989. Afterwards we developed first drum-wheel type window-cleaning
machine for Xian Oriental Hotel and passed verification of Beijing City
in 1992. Since 1996 we undertake state “Nine Five” key project: “Wall
surface cleaning, manitainence and decoration equipment”, which passed
technical verification of Ministry of Construction and acceptance of
Ministry of Technik and Science. Its single technik target reaches
international leading level; product’s technik reaches international
advanced level, having large value of application. Recent years we
developed vertical rod type, sheave type, suspension type, rail type and
wheel type machines for various highrise buildings in the country, rated
loads are 200kg, 250kg, 300kg, become multi-category and complete
series.
*In 2002 we developed window-cleaning machines with
dual folded jib and dual direction telescopic jib which satisfying
market needs, increasing CABR machine’s category. We obtained lifting
equiment’s installation special sub-contract certificate issucd by
Ministry of Construction.

Application popularization——These products are widely
used in cleaning, maintenance and decoration of highrise building’s
outer wall. Until now we have provide more than 300 products for more
than 100 projects in more than 20 cities, like Shanghai, Beijing,
Tianjin, Harbin, Hangzhou, Guangzhou，Shenzhen,
etc.
CD 200 machine has been placed as a key
technical-scientific application popularization item by Ministry of
Construction, which has been evaluated as satisfaction product and our
unit has been evaluated as satifying aftersales service unit by
Construction Machinery Equipment Users Committee of China Quality
Association in 1988, and the machine has been evaluated as state
satifying products by China Quality Association in1988. Our Institute
won the bid because of its quality, price and better aftersales service
in more than 50 important international biddings of Shanglila Hotel
Dalian, New Century Center Beijing, Beijing Orient Square, Beijing Jiali
Center, Beijing International Financial Center. Beijing International
Business Mansion, Shanxi Information Mansion and Beijing CBD, etc,
obtaining better economic and social benefit.
